Le Cerf

Upon entering the house you're immediately confronted by the girls smiling faces and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is both tranquil and fun as the carefree yet grounded nature of the girls creates the amicable and homey nook which is Le Cerf house. Situated away from the bustling school centre it is an escape from the busy campus allowing the girls to feel like they are truly at home whilst still retaining the structure of schoolife.

It may be the smallest house but its great spirit resounds and emphasises the close bonds between the students and the warm and nurturing nature of the house parents Mr and Mrs Gaston whose guidance and dedication has caused the house to blossom considerably becoming strong in sports events, house events, debating and reinforcing the girls ambition and talent.

Recently Le Cerf house has been victorious in the volleyball tournament,the Senior Girls Interhouse debating tournament and most notably the overall winners of Sports day through the continuous teamwork and determination of all the Cerf girls and the support of the house staff. The joyful environment and the genuine warmth of the house coupled with the constant motivation from the house parents and guidance from the Staff and senior prefects not only provides the Cerf girls a nurturing environment to grow and develop but gives them a sense of independence and a feeling of belonging to something greater than themselves.
