In general, all issues about a current pupil should be directed to their Houseparents. If they can't immediately deal with your query, they will be able to investigate, and make sure that your question is addressed by the right person. Please do keep in regular touch with Houseparents about your son or daughter - it greatly helps us to make sure that they are happy and successful.
