When can I call my child?

When your child arrives at Aiglon, they will be asked to call you up and let you know which house they are staying in. Before the Summer School starts, you will be sent a list of all the contact telephone numbers (including the students' phone) for all of the houses. You should call your child during their freetime (5 to 6.30pm GMT + 2). Outside of this time, they will be away from their houses and therefore unavailable to receive telephone calls.

Should I worry if I haven't heard from my child for several days?

Once the children are here, they are kept busy all day long participating in our varied and full programme. Children can be caught up having so much fun that they forget to contact their parents! Please note that the children will all be away for 3 days during the second week when they go on camp and therefore they will not be able to contact you during this time.
