How will my child get from the airport to the Summer School?

Provided you send us back the Travel Form with the details of your child's travel arrangements, we will make sure that there is someone at the airport to meet your child when their airplane lands and to escort them back to Aiglon College.

I want my child to travel as an Unaccompanied Minor. Do I have to make this arrangement myself?

Yes. All Unaccompanied Minor ("UM") arrangements have to be organised in advance with the relevant airline and all associated fees must be paid in advance. Please note that Easy Jet does not provide any UM services and will not allow children under the age of 14 to travel on their flights alone.

Will my child's return flight be confirmed before the end of the Summer School?

Yes. The Vacation Courses Office will reconfirm all flights prior to departure. We will also check that all UM fees have been paid for in advance. In the event that the UM fee has not been paid, we will contact you and request you to pay it prior to the departures day.

Can my child arrive the day before the start of the Summer School and stay the night at Aiglon College?

We can NOT receive any children before the arrivals day. There will be no staff available to look after your child before this day.

Can my child stay an extra day after the end of the Summer School?

There will be NO accommodation available for your child after the departures day. There will also be NO staff available to look after your child after the departures day.
