Theory

Throughout the course, there are a number of classroom based sessions aimed at providing the students with an understanding of various theories which underpin the areas of leadership and personal development.

Throughout the programme, the students are given opportunities to work both as a team and as leaders. Our experienced and qualified staff supervise the experiences and ensure that the lessons learned during the classroom are transferred across to the practical sessions.
