La Casa

La Casa is more than a boarding house, it's a little family tucked in a corner of Aiglon's campus. The design of the house lends itself to being a cosy and safe place for the girls to return to after a busy day, usually with freshly baked treats awaiting their arrival.

Welcome to La Casa

La Casa is a genuine home from home for junior girls. We consider each girl completely unique and value who they are, their background and their interests. We always remind them that it is our diversity which makes us richer and stronger. We laugh in the good times and support each other in the difficult times. Kindness, respect and love for each other are core values at La Casa.

We believe in working hard and making the most of all the incredible opportunities that are offered at Aiglon and this beautiful environment we are privileged to call home. The girls are encouraged and reminded to give their best at all times, to be organised and to be responsible for their actions, following the school's guiding principles.

La Casa is a safe, caring environment for our girls to call home, and it's full of fun and laughter. All the while, the girls are acquiring key skills for life and developing their sense of worth and confidence in who they are.

From the Students

We live in a beautiful city — but our daughter cannot leave the house without getting in the car. At Aiglon, she can play and get muddy with her friends in a way that's not possible at home.

House History

Situated between the main school grounds and Roc d’Orsay telecabine, La Casa has easy access to the slopes for the ski season. The garden and playground welcome you to this charming chalet which is home to 28+ junior girls. They love their private, secluded setting away from the hustle and bustle of campus. This intimate boarding experience provides the perfect environment for them to grow and prepare for their move up to senior boarding. Formerly ‘Chalet Robin de Bois’, the property was taken over by the school in 1994 and renamed La Casa. It was originally the Aiglon health centre but was converted into a house for junior girls' boarding in 2001.
