Last week Aiglon welcomed eleven universities and colleges for one of the term’s several college fairs. Setting up in Exeter Hall, representatives spent an hour with students to discuss and answer questions about their various institutions. Degree offerings, requirements, and the application process were all frequent points of conversation with the large contingent of students who took time to visit.
These types of fairs provide an opportunity for students to feel out which schools may spark their interest in a way that fits conveniently into their already busy schedules. Some students made a direct line for their table of interest while others browse, taking advantage of the time to have short conversations with several different representatives.
Each year, over eighty college and university representatives make it up the mountain! With an ever-increasing IB average and a growing diversity of prestigious destinations, Aiglon is gaining traction and attention from more and more top-notch universities.
Schools present last week included: George Washington University, Syracuse University, Geneva Business School, St. George’s: University of London, American University Paris, Bryant University, Florida Institute of Technology, Fordham University, Skidmore College, Royal Veterinary College: University of London and Franklin University.
We look forward to seeing who attends the next college fair!
