Aiglon is pleased to announce to its alumni community that the Board of Governors has just approved the creation of a special Alumni Bursary Programme for the 2018-2019 academic school year.
Beginning today, Aiglon alumni are now able to make a special needs-assessed application for their child or grandchild to attend Aiglon College for a unique, year experience with up to a 50% reduction in the School’s tuition. Please find the dedicated application and information page here.
To apply, parents must be able to submit the full application package by Friday, 08 June 2018. They must meet themselves 50% of the cost of Aiglon’s annual school fees and demonstrate a need for assistance in meeting the remaining portion of the fees. Applicant students must be the child or grandchild of an Aiglon alumni, be applying to enrol into Years 5-8 (equivalent grades 4-7), be applying for a boarding place and not as a day student and be available to sit a Skype interview during the second week of June.
Places are limited and candidates will be selected based on financial need, academic standing and motivation to fully engage in the life of the School and its activities. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified by the third week of June.
This current offer is for the 2018-2019 academic year. Any families interested for the following year are still encouraged to express their interest using the online form.
We often hear from our alumni around the world that they wish they could afford for their child or grandchild the same experience they had here on the mountain. It is our hope that this special offering will enable a number of alumni children to enjoy and experience the unique place that is Aiglon College, and of course soon be counted themselves amongst our alumni community.
