We write with a feeling of positivity and excitement for the summer months.
With the changes we are all experiencing across the world, Switzerland feels like a wonderful place to be. The mountain air is fresh and the countryside is beautiful and spacious!
The Aiglon campus is now open in line with Swiss regulations, so that our main school students who wish to be based in a classroom environment for learning each day can do so. This means that we have already had the opportunity to introduce all the Swiss safety guidelines. Temperature checks, social distancing and extra cleaning to provide a safe environment are already daily practice.
We have made the decision to change the format of Summer School 2020, to offer a non residential two-week programme for students aged 8-15. We would be delighted if your children, grandchildren, or friends can join us this summer.
Students will come to campus each day for interactive and fun learning, to practice language skills, and to take part in activities on campus and in the local area. It is possible to choose either English or French as a morning course, and afternoon activities will be based in the Aiglon Sports Centre, and outside, exploring the local hiking trails with adventure walks and orienteering.
We will be carefully following Swiss safety guidelines that are already in practise at Aiglon with regards to temperature checking, social distancing and cleaning.
