Welcome to Le Cerf
If there is one place in all the world that you are guaranteed to be embraced with genuine kindness, it is in our home. We celebrate our diversity and are passionate about seeking out challenges to create change in ourselves and in our world. Our house values help us every day to guard a reputation for academic excellence, commitment to service, kindness—and laughter. You may join Le Cerf as an intelligent, driven person, but we will help you to emerge from Aiglon as so much more than you could have imagined, embraced by goodwill, love and laughter, spurred by an insatiable curiosity. You may be proud to call yourself an Aiglonian, but we will always do everything possible to make sure you love calling Le Cerf home.

From the Students
Sharing a room is a great experience because you get to meet really different people. We have 57 girls in the house, and we have people from all over the world. I've had roommates of so many nationalities — Chinese, Polish, Indian — and it's so interesting living with a girl from a completely different background. Roommates often turn into really good friends, and it's a very special relationship.

House History
Having wound your way up the scenic mountain route towards Aiglon, Le Cerf is easily overlooked as the first school building you pass because it blends naturally into lower Chesières. Le Cerf is one of four boarding school houses for senior girls, accommodating 45+ students. It underwent a major refurbishment that was completed in 2018. Tastefully decorated and providing spacious areas for living, dining and unwinding, the house still retains the charm of the former family-run Hotel du Cerf. Aiglon initially rented the site in response to growing demand for girls' boarding in 2006, and it was purchased in 2013.
