Welcome to St. LOUIS

We are a friendly house and home for about 20 boys. All the boys play an integral part in ensuring the wellbeing of everyone in the house, and they have the opportunity to contribute ideas for future improvements. St Louis boys are supported to achieve their best academically as well as being encouraged throughout the broader range of activities available at Aiglon.

Boys share double rooms, many of which are en suite, and most of the older students have single study bedrooms. There is a welcoming common room, a dining room with stunning views over the mountains and an excellently equipped kitchen which the boys can — and do — use in their free time. Outside we have table football and table tennis.

From the Students

It's really nice to know that you're always going to go back to a house with your friends and a 10/10 Houseparent. You wake up with your friends and you end the day and go to sleep with your friends aswell. That's something that I won't be able to have in the future and I will really miss.

House History

StLouisTerrace

Introduced as Aiglon’s fourth senior boys boarding house for the beginning of the 2016-17 academic year, St. Louis was rented to accommodate increasing demand on senior boys’ boarding and to alleviate pressure on existing boarding facilities. A smaller house with 19+ boys, the ‘underdog’ tag they receive sees them relish in against-the-odds inter-house victories. This warm and traditional chalet is a much-loved home for the boys where an independent house spirit is encouraged by unique common spaces and large front garden.
