Build your Camp Experience

Three Easy Steps

1. Choose your age

Select between Explorer or Eagle, each programme includes a range of age-appropriate opportunities.

2. Choose your dates (5 different weeks)

We recommend dates that allow a two-week stay so you can explore two different themes and get the most from your time.

3. Choose your Courses

All courses are one week in length, so a two-week stay allows you to mix and match different courses based on what you want to do.

Course Selector

Multiple boys sitting around a campfire cooking marshmallows.
Three boys gather together and the middle boys is pointing to something off in the distance.
Two young children walking across a ropes course bridge.

Morning Courses

Each morning the focus is the selected course subject.  After a hearty breakfast in the school restaurant, students meet their course leader to learn and explore until lunchtime.  There is a mid-morning break to refuel!

For students that have selected Aiglon Adventure, Manchester City Football School, Survival with Bear Grylls Survival Academy or Ride Mountain Biking, the course continues into the afternoon, with a full day focus on the topic.  All other courses have a different programme for the afternoon session, offering a mix of activities.

Afternoon Activities

Afternoon Activities at Summer Camp are varied and fun! After lunch the students have time to organise any equipment they need, and then they are put into groups with others the same age. Each group has a dedicated Staff Group Leader for the afternoon sessions across the week. There is a different activity each afternoon:

Evening Activities

The evening programme offers students time to connect with the others in their boarding house, and reflect on activities they have done during the day.

The Summer Camp has different social events for the Explorer and Eagle students, tailored to the age of the students. These include sports tournaments, bowling, football, movie nights, and interhouse competitions.

Each Thursday evening there is a BBQ with the merit awards and Summer Camp disco - a favourite night for all, and a celebration of student achievement.
