Parent Scholarship Award

An Aiglon education is an opportunity to challenge and shape the values that young people carry with them for their entire lives.

Our second Parent Scholar Award recipient joined Aiglon this year. We are delighted that 30 families in our parent community went beyond in joining together to change the life of a student with strong potential from a challenging background, yet who has demonstrated resilience and strength of character. We would be delighted if you would join our parents in supporting the second Parent Scholar’s journey at Aiglon.

With your help, we will expand the diversity of young people in our community by continuing to grow the number of Aiglonians benefitting from life-changing scholarships.

What is the Aiglon Parent Scholarship Award?

We are asking members of our parent community to consider making a gift. Gifts of all sizes will add up to make a big impact.

By funding a scholar you are not only facilitating an education, you are giving a young person access to the unique Aiglon experience of expeditions, skiing, meditations, and cultural exposure that shape them profoundly and help them grow in confidence while developing leadership skills. You are opening the door to the Aiglon network, to a top level university and to the power to become change agents in parts of the world where they are needed most.

This full scholarship award is reserved for a student whose family cannot afford any costs associated with an Aiglon education. It will be a means-assessed, merit-based award that will be given to a student who has a proven track record of high academic achievement, involvement in a range of extracurricular activities and a commitment to self improvement. Candidates will need to demonstrate high aptitude through Aiglon's admissions process, testing arrangements and interview.

At Aiglon, diversity is one of our key pathways to the balanced development of the mind, body and spirit. Our scholarship programme allows for this to be taken further than just nationality, ethnicity, religion and culture, as it creates a student body with a variety of different socio-economic backgrounds as well. This is why the programme is so important to our community. It shows how our different pathways are all connected, as diversity is important to achieve values such as respect and responsibility.
