Recognising our Supporters
Since Aiglon's founding in 1949, philanthropy has been key to Aiglon's rise from humble beginnings to one of the most distinctive schools in the world. Our rich past has been marked by the philanthropic support of individuals and groups, which has improved our alpine campus and widened access to an Aiglon education for those without the means.
We continue to prioritise creating scholarship opportunities for students of promise and potential, and our Campus Masterplan provides a roadmap for projects big and small to improve our alpine home. The support of our donors enables us to do more faster.
We celebrate those who have made a gift to Aiglon in a variety of ways, including featuring them in our publications, specialised communications, recognition letters and updates.
The 1949 Society
The 1949 Society recognises the accumulated lifetime support of donors to the school of over CHF 10,000. These donors have chosen to make a lasting mark on the school through their exceptional generosity. Named in tribute to the year our school first opened its doors, this society stands as a testament to the power of philanthropy in shaping Aiglon's future.
