Year 10 Tenerife Trip

Date: 01 - 04 June 2019

The Year 10 Tenerife trip is an exciting new cultural trip which is obligatory for all Year 10 students, except those with siblings graduating who may choose to stay for graduation. It runs over the graduation weekend leaving very early morning 1 June and returning evening of Tuesday, 4 June. As this is a compulsory trip there is no charge.

Tenerife is a volcanic island which is part of the Canaries, off the west coast of north Africa. Flights are direct from Geneva and we have half board in a hotel.

Activities include climbing the volcano Mt. Teide (3,718m) using a cable car, walking the lava caves with a guide, visiting a bio-climate centre, touring a banana plantation, enjoying a catamaran boat trip in order to see the basalt cliffs and swimming in the warm waters of Playa las Americas.

All Year 10 students will attend this trip - there is no additional charge
